The objective of such division is to satisfy customers technological needs offering a cost-effective support aimed to implement and develop different kinds of projects. The Division, through more than ten years of experience in the oil & gas field and through highly skilled human resources, covers multiple type of consulting activities, and, at the same time has developed a net of contact with several subcontractor which complete the service offerings. During the last years HDI has also provided “turn-key” onshore drilling contract. Service offering includes: - “Turn-key” drilling services
- Draw up of plans for: drilling, completion, production tests, and well abandonment in full compliance with all standard operating procedures, safety measures, and applicable regulations.
- Geological, hydro geological, and geotechnical consulting.
- Consulting in relation to oil & gas pumping and production plants.
- Operating procedures for drilling/workover activities performed simultaneously to production.
- Draft of operating procedures and safety manuals for management of oil & gas infrastructures.
- "Up & down" engineering for maintenance and control in-hole and for surface facilities, with particular attention on extraordinary maintenance and "revamping".
- Risk assessment
- Engineering support for installation of safety devices and monitoring tools for H2S, fire, and other gases in every working environment.
- Implementation and interpretation of production tests
- Risk assessment for exposure to physical, chemical and biological agents in working environments; Drawing of risk maps
- Technical consulting in the field of Non destructive tests (NDTs) for material testing.
- Safety and environmental audits.
