DISCLAIMER ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016

 

This page outlines how the personal data of those consulting the site are being handled.

The disclaimer in question is in compliance with Article 13 of the EU Regulation No. 679/2016 which is a regulation regarding the protection of personal data f those who interact with web services of HYDRO DRILLING S.R.L. accessible on line starting with the web address:  www.hydrodrilling.com.

Such disclaimer applies only to the abovementioned website not for other websites which might be consulted via link.

The disclaimer makes reference to the Recommendation no. 2/2001 adopted by the European Authorities for the protection of personal data, during the meeting of the Group instituted by Art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/CE, and ratified on May 17th, 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data on-line, and, in particular the terms, length of time and nature of the information that the holders of the treatment have to provide the users when such users consult the web pages regardless of the reasons for their consultation.

LOCATION OF THE TREATMENT OF DATA

The treatment of data related to all web services of this site takes place at the headquarters of HYDRO DRILLING S.R.L. and are handled by employees or collaborators authorized for such treatment.  In the event in which we might avail ourselves of external entities for such treatment of data they will be nominated IN CHARGE of the treatment as per Art. 28 of the EU Regulation 679/2016.

No data obtained from the site will be communicated or divulged.  However, the Internet providers receive the navigation data of the users as they are necessary to their activity, while the companies which provide assistance and maintenance on IT systems can come into contact with the users in the event of systems maintenance.

 

TYPES OF DATA TREATED

Navigation data.

IT systems and software procedures designed for the running of this website acquire, in the course of its normal function, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.

It deals with information which is not collected to be associated to the interested identified parties, but that by their very own nature could, through the elaboration and association of data in the possession of third parties, allow one to identify the users.

In this category of data fall IP addresses or names of domains of the hosts used by the users who access the site, rotation addresses URI (Uniform Resource Identifies) of the required resources, the time of the inquiry, the procedure used to place the inquiry to the server, the size of the file obtained as a result of the inquiry, the numeric code indicating the state of the server response (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system, the browser (fingerprint) and the IP environment of the user. The data (log-file, traffic data) could be used to verify any responsibility in the event of hypothetical IT crimes to the site, and for the same reason kept by ISP (Internet Service Provider which supplies the internet connection).

 

Sending e-mails through contacts indicated on the specific page

The optional, explicit and voluntary mailing of e-mails to addresses indicated on this site leads to the acquisition of the address of the sender, necessary to respond to the inquiries, and any additional personal data included in the body of the message.  The address obtained in such a manner is used to respond to the inquiries we receive and it does not lead to the registration to mailing lists having as a purpose the divulgation of advertising materials.  For this type of treatment it is not necessary to obtain authorization as responding to inquiries we receive represents a legitimate interest of the Holder of the treatment.

The processing of the requested data is therefore optional but necessary for the formalization of your request: if you refuse to provide such data HYDRO DRILLING S.R.L. you will not be able to take your request into consideration.

Your data will be stored no later than the exhaustion of the request.

OPTIONALITY OF ASSIGNMENT OF DATA

Aside from what is specified with respect to the navigation data, the user is free to submit personal data using the contacts indicated on the side to request information materials or other types of communication.

Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.

 

TERMS OF TREATMENT

Aside from the navigation data, treated by ISP as independent holder, personal data are treated with automated instruments by authorized employees, in the event in which external third parties should be used to carry out treatment of data on our behalf, they will be nominated IN CHARGE of the treatment as per Art. 28 of the Regulation.  Personal data acquired through the site is kept for the period strictly necessary to attain the purpose for which they were collected.

Specific safety measures are applied to prevent the loss of data, improper or incorrect uses and unauthorized accesses.

 

USERS’ RIGHTS

With respect to the abovementioned treatments and the relative data existent in our archives, the rights as per Capo III, articles 15-22 of the Regulation EU 679/2016 can be exercised, specifically:

− Right of access (art. 15)

− Right of correction (art.16)

− Right of cancellation (cd. Right of oblivion art. 17)

− Right of limitation of treatment (art.18)

− Right of lifting of data (art.20) − Right of objection (art.21)

RIGHT TO FILE A COMPLAINT TO A CONTROLLING AUTHORITY

All requests relative to the abovementioned articles of the EU Regulation no. 679/2016 must be submitted to the Holder of the treatment using the contacts indicated at the top of this disclaimer.
